About Us
Elevate Sports and Spine Physical Therapy is a locally-owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Hawks Prairie in Lacey, Washington. It was founded by Dr. Zachary Hall, who has been a physical therapist in the greater Lacey/Olympia area for the last decade.
Our therapy approach utilizes a variety of techniques and treatments to Elevate our patients and return them back to their lives after injury. We believe in specialization and continuing education to remain on the cutting edge of rehabilitation and provide our patients with the most up-to-date techniques available. We strongly believe in a patient-centered approach to care.
Meet the Team

Zachary Hall, DPT, COMT, Cert. VRS
Owner/Physical Therapist
Dr. Hall is an Olympia native. He has over 12 years of physical therapy experience in outpatient orthopedics and loves treating patients across the lifespan. He has spent the majority of his career treating patients in Lacey. Dr. Hall became interested in physical therapy while recovering from his own injuries and seeing first hand how therapy can improve your overall function and life. He is dedicated to providing an individualized care plan that is unique to each patient.
Dr. Hall has an extensive sports medicine background with both running analysis and rehabilitation of throwing athletes. He has worked with both the Milwaukee Brewers and Oakland Athletics and enjoys treating athletes across all levels.
Another and more recent passion of Dr. Hall’s has been treating patients suffering from vertigo and dizziness. His most recent continuing education has focused on the diagonsis and treatment of vertigo related conditions and lead him to become a Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist.
In his free time Dr. Hall enjoys hiking and spending time with his girlfriend, Ashley, and snowboarding.

Stephanie Sparks, DPT, MLD-C, CAFS, ASTYM Cert
Dr. Sparks is a Washington transplant originally from West Jordan, UT. She has 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and loves helping people heal from their injuries. Dr. Sparks became interested in physical therapy after having knee surgery at a young age. She quickly saw how physical therapy can help you heal, return to activity and allow you to pursue your passions after injury. Her physical therapy experience allowed her to return and run middle distance track and field and cross country in college. Dr. Sparks loves working with people across all walks of life and is dedicated to helping patients heal through an individualized care and treatment approach.
Dr. Sparks first love is orthopedics physical therapy, but she has become very passionate about helping women recover from breast cancer treatments. Breast cancer treatments can have many unattended side effects including pain, limited AROM, joint pain, fatigue and lymphedema that can affect women with daily life. Her goal is to improve the quality of life for all breast cancer fighters and survivors.
In her spare time you can find Dr. Sparks reading, gardening or spending time with her husband, son and fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat).
